In our store, your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us, we offer the return and exchange instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first. Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.
You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will be returned back to you.
We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Although we provide 100% hassle free return policy, considering the time and money consuming, we surely appreciate if you can make all your questions and concerns clear before placing your order.
Please contact our customer service first to obtain the return address.
We will not be responsible for lose if returned package lost during shipment, you need original post office receipt held to demand compensation.
Besides, if your item has been worn, damaged, or its tag has been removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange; if an item we receive from you is in bad condition or its tag is removed, we reserve the right to refuse any request for the return or exchange. Of course we can send your damaged item back to you on the condition that you're go to pay for the shipping costs.
